1. THE RELATIONSHIP: LogicGrid AI Systems (a brand of Idyn, Inc., "The Company") operates as an independent partner of the AI Broker System (Scalon.AI). By using this site, you acknowledge that we are an independent entity and not an employee or legal agent of the platform provider.
2. NO GUARANTEES & EARNINGS: You expressly agree that LogicGrid AI Systems makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding your individual success, income level, or results. Any case studies or examples shown are for illustrative purposes only.
3. NO-REFUND POLICY: Due to the digital nature of the training and the immediate access provided to proprietary systems and intellectual property, all sales and membership fees associated with the LogicGrid AI Acquisition Model are strictly non-refundable.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content, logos, and training materials provided through LogicGrid AI Systems are the property of the Company or its platform partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these for personal business development only.
5. NON-DISPARAGEMENT: You agree not to engage in any conduct or communication, public or private, designed to disparage LogicGrid AI Systems, or our platform partners.
6. GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the jurisdiction of Montgomery County, Maryland.
